4 The Birds Liquid Repellent works in any weather, indoor or outdoor. Once it is sprayed onto a surface it is transparent. One gallon covers 120 square feet. The primary ingredient in 4 The Birds is polybutene, which is used in chewing gum and lipstick. It creates a tacky, sticky surface where it is sprayed that birds don't like perching on. Once it is applied, birds will start avoiding the area.
If you need to remove 4 The Birds Liquid Repellent from a surface, you can use Safety Solvent Cleaner (purchasable here) to dissolve the sticky substance.
